Three Weeks Old --- ESCAPEES!!!!

We found it curious that, at three weeks of age, none of the puppies
had decided to climb out of the whelping box.  On Sunday afternoon
- their 3 week birthday - we arrived home from town to find an empty
whelping box, and seven puppies sleeping on the comforter.

Who was missing?

Sanibel (below) had wedged herself between the whelping box
and the puppy box, and was happily snoozing away...!

20 Days Old --- Mealtime

Prior to tackling the "big bowl," the puppies had a few small meals
in a pie plate.  The loved the food, and licked the bowl clean!
